Why not wake up and have your own yoga class on your dock or boathouse. Invite up to twelve friends and we can teach you a restorative class after brunch. Perhaps it's a wedding shower, anniversary or family reunion. We can be there.

We can dance with the world rhythms of ZUMBA, tone with Pilates or stretch with Yoga.

Classes located within Township of Muskoka Lakes are $125.00 plus h.s.t. in Bala, Port Carling, Torrance, Foots Bay.

Classes outside the above area are subject to mileage, which  may include Huntsville, Washago, Georgian Bay, etc. Call to book your party now. We are often booked well in advance in from May to October.

Kids yoga classes available for ages 2-200.

Yoga with children balances quiet and active poses with game playing, singing, storytelling, drawing, simple breath meditations and rest. Children can easily follow instructions by learning the names of different body parts, their locations and function. As children learn the names of the postures and movements they develop a yoga vocabulary and use their yoga poses to play games and take on the qualities of different animals. Yoga is for everyone!
