Gentle Hatha 

This is our favorite weekday activity. The Practice of Hatha yoga balances mind and body via physical postures or "asanas", purification practices, controlled breathing and meditation techniques, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation.

Power Yoga

This powerful, energetic, playful flowing class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. 

The Power Yoga flow will torch your calories, tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. We promise  to challenge you to step up to your edge, and unlock your hidden potential.

Muscle & Barre

Barre classes are designed to strengthen and balance the whole body and to develop posture and alignment. Inspired by the energy and flow of dance training, These workouts incorporate strength training, cardio training, core conditioning and deep stretch. Barre classes strive to replicate movements used in functional activities. 


When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can't wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It's east to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

There are no wrong moves, only unexpected solo's


Yoga Brunch

For adult beginners and intermediates alike, this class will ease you into your Sunday with bliss. 

Class is usually followed up with a allergy free treat!


Kundalini yoga

Each class  includes warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayam), an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation. Regardless of your age, body ability or flexibility, this energetic class  is for you.


Yoga Tune Up® Restore

Invite health and wellness into your being on all levels: Release tension in muscles by rolling on therapy balls, maintain healthy range of motion in joints with dynamic movement, return the body to correct alignment with specific yoga postures. All levels/bodies welcome.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow classes are designed to empower the soul whole strengthening the body. Through a variety of energetic and creative postures. Connecting breath with movement igniting energy flow, while connecting with inner strength. This class will leave you feeling empowered, inspired and refreshed.

Yoga on a chair

Don't be discourage by achy joints or injuries. Come stretch with using a chair for support and or wall. 


Soul Flow

Soul Flow is Self Awakening Yoga. An intuitive vinyasa class where students go through movements that are similar to movements of a baby moving to toddler , to child and basically discovering the earth and world around your for the very first time. Getting all bodies back in touch with their soul.


Muscle & Sculpt

Want to build strength, increase flexibility and feel better about yourself? Come out to  Muscle Sculpt class! We will use a variety of equipment including weights, elastic bands, TRX, cardio intervals and body weight to build up your strength, tone your muscles, and increase your health and fitness. Designed for all levels.


Yoga for 90 Minutes

Even better than a one hour class is the chance to flow into a deeper practice and explore the true technology of yoga with a true 11 minute Savasana. Deep Bliss. All levels welcome.

Pre & Post Natal

Celebrate your changing bodies and connect with your growing baby with a class dedicated to soon to be mothers and recent mothers. This is your tribe! Specifically for expecting and mothers with children up to age 6ish. Fun for everyone.

Core Strength VINYASA

The principles and poses of  how to access, comprehend and use the “core” most efficiently to gain the maximum yoga benefits (calorie burn, strength, flexibility, focus, self-awareness, confidence…) in the least amount of time and we still enjoy Savasana and a short meditation.




Studio Policies and Etiquette

Barefoot or indoor shoes only

Please make use of our coat room and leave your shoes there. We strive to keep the studio clean and comfortable.

Please arrive early for classes

We recommend arriving a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your  class. Make certain to preregister for classes with limited enrollment. The door is locked one minute to class and you will not be permitted in, Thank you for respecting this quiet time.

Mat Policy

For all class kindly bring your own mat. This is for hygienic reasons. We thank you for understanding. Mats and towels are available for purchase. There are some mats if you forgot yours. Please clean them after each use.

There are no personal items at mats

For safety and accommodations, kindly leave valuables at home. A towel  and water  are the only items in studio at your mat. The door is locked or a staff person is watching over the coat room. Absolutely no cell phones.
