This all-levels class is sure to start your day off just right. You will need props. Pillows of all sizes and blankets. If you have a bolster great. Grab a strap, belt or tie too. If you have a block, ball, foam roller or sturdy book grab that too!

I do not play music as it interferes with the sound. I recommend you put on your favourite relaxing playlist and dim the lights.

Monthly rate available or $10.00 a class. Class is recorded and available for unlimited viewing for three weeks.

If there are 4 weeks in a month it is 30.00 plus hst

If there are 5 weeks in a month it is 40.00 plus hst.

Active Turtle took a leap into faith with all things techy and began zoom classes to accommodate private clients in the off season. Eventually it was the beginning of our ONLINE LIVE YOGA classes. This gives Jasmine the ability to reach out no matter her location and offer existing and new students the opportunity to stretch their shells.

Public Yoga: Check the schedule - For public and group classes you will be muted so other participants can’t hear you and you are not recorded. Phew!

Private one-on-one: By appointment only $50 a session or 4 sessions for $150.00

THE CLASS IS NOT PRERECORDED BUT LIVE!!! If you have a webcam or set up your device you can be viewed during the practice. This class will be recorded for your records and private use.

This is virtual but we are still able to chat live during your custom session. You can ask questions and get feedback in private sessions.

NOTE: HST is not included.
