See you on Zoom YEARROUND for this 20-minute program designed to get your lymphatic system moving and your muscles ignited. We start with ten minutes of one-minute movements followed by three sets of exercises on repeat. We start with a round of getting familiar with the movement, then we have the option to add or remove weights for the next two rounds. Join us.
All levels welcome. Modifications are always given. Fun, uplifting, strengthening and invigorating in 20 minutes. Feel free to bring two water bottles, small weights or weights if you are working on lifting heavy.
